So, Wano's a country that's not affiliated with the Government. They've actually completely isolated themselves from the world-- no one is supposed to come in or out of it. I wound up there sort of by accident in the first place.

The guy's unhinged. He's kept his son prisoner and making sure he never leaves the island by putting exploding handcuffs on him. If he ever goes too far or tries to take them off, he's dead.

I haven't yet. I tried to argue with Whitebeard, but he said that guy's got an army with him and I'd just get a lot of the people on the island killed just going at it wildly.
