The Gold Mouse dorm building itself stands out being painted in the colors of the sunset. The interior is playful with blown-up furniture and colorful pillows strewn about. There's gold sun-shaped mirrors decorating the walls that overlap one another. The colors are all bright with a splash of gold accents or mouse shaped decor to remind you of which dorm it is.

At the back of the first floor is the elevator. Those who live here can access the higher floors by scanning their ID card against at the elevator's button. Next to the elevator door is a bin of mouse ear headbands. Before a character is allowed entry, they must choose one and wear it. all night. or else.

The elevator will only stop on the third floor, where it opens up to a large living room with teal and blue couches full of throw pillows. There's floor cushions and throw blankets piled up next to the couches in case anyone wants to get cozy on the floor... if you can with a swimming pool's worth of plastic ball pit balls dumped all over. There is a large screen on the opposite wall and a collection of action and romantic comedy movies.

[Nico and Will's world seems pretty rough to live in, at least if you're like them. Once she hears demigods tend to die young that's only going to look rougher]

A lot of people out there aren't all that eager to do what needs to be done even if things are at stake. I don't really get that kinda people but it happens.

[So in her opinion, those who really take the call and do what they can are worthy of admiration]

Some people want to see things change and go about it the wrong way. And some people get misled enough that they don't realize what's happening to them. So...it's our job to make it right again. I know there are people out there who wouldn't fight to defend everything, but...to be honest I try not to spend time with anyone like that.

This might be why you and the other got brought here instead of anyone else. They might have noticed your hard work.

[And his attitude regarding wanting to make their world right again. This city is full of people like that, really]

[ ...he knows she's trying to be kind and that she's trying to understand. so he will give her some credit there while he seems slightly amused by the concept. as far as nico's concerned, there are plenty of other people they could and should have brought who are better than him. ]

I can't say I wish they didn't notice less. At least then we wouldn't be here. [ it's a joke. ] But since we are, we have to keep going. Right?
